The name "Lord Palmerston" is prominently displayed, accompanied by the insignia of the Charrington and Company Limited. The Lord Palmerston, a cherished local establishment, was a popular gathering place for the community in the heart of Fulham. The pub, which dates back to 1939, was a staple in the area for decades. However, as of July 2018, the pub had undergone significant changes. It had been renamed, and the building that once housed the Lord Palmerston was demolished to make way for a new pub with five flats above. Despite the transformation, this photograph serves as a poignant reminder of the history and character of the Lord Palmerston Public House.
