This aircraft had Lancastrian nose and tail sections, Lincoln undercarriage and extra fuel tanks in the nose and bomb bay. It also carried the newest navigational aids. After a series of long-range flights between 1944 and 1947 and covering 200, 000 miles the aircraft was retired. Date: 1944
